Vinification process
The grapes in the cellar are de-stemmed, softly pressed and chilled at a temperature of 18/20°C. During maceration, which takes place in cement tanks at a controlled temperature,regular replacements are carried out. After racking, at  the end of the alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously.

One part for over 6 months in steel tanks and one part in cement tanks.

Ruby red with violet reflections.

Pleasant, broad with a good persistence.

The wine is structured on the palate, yet soft and balanced with great personality.

Alcohol content
13,50% vol.

Food Pairing
Served at cellar temperature; it goes well with sauced dishes, grilled meat and cheeses.
