IGP territory and DOC area of Alcamo, Sicily.

Vines
Syrah.

Vinification process
Rosé wine is obtained exclusively from the vinification of Syrah grapes. Grape are de-stemmed and gently pressed. Before the start of the alcoholic fermentation, the must is chilled and clarified.

 

Aging
One part for over 6 months in steel takes and one part in cement takes.


Color
Pink with sparkly ruby reflections.

Perfume
Intense, with floral and fruity scents.

Flavor
Fresh and pleasant, with good persistence.

Alcohol content
12,50% vol.

Food Pairing
Served at a temperature of 12°C, it is ideal for cured meats, delicate cheeses, pizza, rabbit meat, roasted poultry and desserts.
