Production area
IGP territory and DOC area of Alcamo, Sicily.

Vines
Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Nero d’Avola (40%).

Vinification process
The grapes in the cellar are de-stemmed, softly pressed and then chilled at a temperature of 18/20°C. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Racking is carried out after about 10 days of maceration.

Aging
In steel tanks with a brief passage in wood.

Colour
Ruby red with violet reflections.

Perfume
Hints of green pepper, berries, with a toasted vanilla note.

Flavor
A complex wine characterized by a softness and sweetness.

Alcohol content
13,50% vol.

Food Pairing
Served at cellar temperature, it goes well with grilled and roasted meat and with cheeses.
